Northern Michigan Chrome 2.20.11

Warmer temps and some rain last week made for excellent steelhead conditions on the river this weekend.  Fished with Centerpin Kyle and put the smack down with centerpins and floats.  No takers on the swung fly.  It was an excellent day on the river and we even hit a pair of chrome fish.

    Yes, the rain jacket is a key piece of fishing gear...so key in fact, that some anglers pack an extra! You got me.
